Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort

Wow, what a fantastic stay! The views of the lake and mountains from our room were amazing. The spacious apartment was perfect for our family, and the modern bathrooms with underfloor heating were a cozy touch. Plus, the free shuttle service to town was super convenient and the drivers were friendly.

That said, we did have a bit of a mix-up with housekeeping, as our room wasn’t cleaned one day. a great experience despite the hiccups!

Gorgeous hotel, staff were caring and the location was magnificent to the beach at the lakeside. Location: the venue was adjacent to a Restaurant and the airport and the Vineyards and towns surrounding Queenstown and Kawarau falls. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

Our stay was fantastic, thanks to the spacious and stylish room. The location offered a peaceful retreat with fine views, and the staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our visit.

The breakfast option could use a wider selection to choose from.

The whole experience was really lovely. We ate at a pretty good restaurant from the dine-on menu. The staff were extremely helpful and caring, everything was very good. The location was magnificent, the room was newly renovated and generous sized. Also, such main attraction as Skyline Gondola and Luge was 3 km from this hotel...

Your signage could be better - when you get out of lifts on 5th floor, you should have signs to car park. Also, you have the footsteps that say reception on the floor of the car park, but when you get to the elevator, there is no sign to say how to get to reception!

We had an amazing stay at the shores, with a lovely apartment that offered stunning views of the lake and the mountains. the space was spacious, featuring a large kitchen, a cozy lounge with a fireplace, and a comfy bedroom. we loved how well-equipped everything was, and the electric blankets were a nice touch for those chilly nights. the courtesy bus service into town was a bonus, making our experience even better.

The fact that our crockery was not replaced daily and we had to wash it in the bathroom basin which we consider to be very unhygienic, as we had no kitchen sink,The floor was not vacuumed during our four day stay and we had no equipment to do this as we were in a room not an apartment.The restaurant bing closed was a real minus given the distance from town.If we needed an extra teabag we would have to pay for it. Car parking was a lottery as to who arrived back first.

Amazing Views and Comfortable Stay

Had an enjoyable couple retreat with fine lake views from our spacious one-bedroom apartment. Although the bed was a bit firm for our liking, the location made up for it. Quick response from staff about our key card issue was appreciated. Renting a car is recommended for exploring nearby restaurants.
